- When Crossing Canadian Border, Drivers Must Wear Mask – Wednesday the Public Health Agency of Canada issued a requirement of truck drivers crossing the Canadian border to wear a nonmedical mask or face covering in order to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. To learn more click here.
- Driver Relief Fund Gets Donations During COVID-19 – The current pandemic is raising awareness and causing more donations to the St. Christopher Truckers Development and Relief Fund, which helps drivers forced off the road by injury or health problems pay household expenses like rent, mortgage, utilities, vehicle payments and insurance.
- California and New Jersey Among States Requiring Public to Wear Masksor Face Covering – As a driver, it’s important to have a mask available to wear, especially in certain states. New Jersey and California are both now requiring consumers to wear face coverings in public, and some states (California) are handing out fines for those how don’t. This includes truck stops and travel plazas.
